勤務した　会社　ついに辞めました　主に４ヶ所の物件に所属　義務教育より　長く

勤めました　後期高齢者になると　待遇が悪く（２ケ月おきに契約更改手続き、

有給休暇なし　定期健康診断も有料）これからは　毎日が　休日みたいなもの

ただ　永遠の悩み　それは　断捨離

脂の乗ったサンマの炭焼は美味しい。
蒸して脂抜きするのも、サッパリとして美味しいかも？
小豆もゆで汁を捨てて煮ればサッパリと上品な味になる。

昔、キュウリの端を切って、スリスリして、アクを取っていた。
今は品種改良のおかげで、その必要がなくなった。

小豆を煮るとき、最初のゆで汁を煮こぼすようにレシピに書いてあるけど、
そんなことしなくても、さほど問題ない。と思うのは、私だけ？

前回　ボーリング場と書きましたが　ボウリングでした

５３年の歴史ある　星ヶ丘ボウルが　今年中に閉鎖　河岸にあった　ガソリンスタンド

主催で　ここで　お客同士で　大会がありました　もちろん行きましたよ
　
あの　G、Sは　一時　アメリカ人がいて　面白かったです　従業員ではなかったと思う
