I have compiled a list of recommended buffs + α from the video recommended by TES about the Osh battle. Please refer to it if you like.

Please refer to the URL in ⇩. Albus can be banded to Jhu and Sebas, but please band to the one with power. https://herowarsjpwebfb.com/osh-team/
My personal opinion...
As for the Osh fight, Dante is completely useless. I think that a hero who can be accompanied by Albus and a hero who can use pure damage will do more damage than Dante. I think you should consider an organization that does not let this hero who can use pure damage die or go to sleep, and furthermore, reinforce it with armor, penetration, and criticals. Please let me know if you come up with a recommended organization other than the Isaac organization.
For your reference, here are the URLs of the heroes that Albus can accompany. https://herowarsjpwebfb.com/albus/
As the title says, a character with a Axel on will nullify about 50% of the damage he receives, which is about 50% of his HP.
The great thing about this trick is that a character with 60,000 HP will be able to nullify damage in excess of 30,000 HP.
The great thing about this trick is that a character with 60,000 HP will be connected to Aidan after the damage exceeding 30,000 is nullified, which means that the lead character will continue to be a wall as a tank as long as Aidan's HP is not reduced to zero.
I think it's as good as a max tank as far as protection for the lead.
Only in battles where the damage is concentrated on the lead character, you will be able to fight fairly well with less training resources.
I had refrained from introducing this technique because I thought it might be using a bug, but now that the official announcement has been made that this technique is in the specifications, please give it a try.
Not many people use combat training...COW is buff ridden. I am sure that if you make good use of combat training, you will have an advantage in the fight.
★『Select Hero Power』
Defense(enemy) ⇒ Maxmum
Attack(myself) ⇒ Maxmum (If your hero is not developed enough to fight against Red Max Power)
current (If your hero is grown up to fight against Red Max Power)
Combat training is where you look for a winning PT. Basically, the defense (enemy) should be maxed out and you should choose max or current value depending on your training status. Don't forget to check.
★Practicing over and over using "change attack team" creates a bunch of tabs in "Combat Training."
To solve that...
① Before creating the second attacking team, close the screen once by clicking "Complete".
② "Chat" ⇒ "Combat Training" to re-enter the chat room.
You only have to go in and out once, and after that, no matter how many times you change attack teams, you will only have one tab, making it easier to search your battle history!
Once you have chosen the best PT, check your PT power and enemy power before actually attacking.
However, if the overall power is not so high, but there is only one hero with red Max equipment, be careful. If you do not have the power to withstand that hero's attack, or if you do not have the optimal critical hero in your PT, you will be killed for sure.
And please refer to this hero's upbringing. (I digress~)
First, raise one person, your primary DPS. I recommend Dante. Inject all your energy and resources into that one person. By doing so, you will be able to beat enemies of similar power.
I have spoken with you about combat training.
