アンケートの回答を参考に『シーズンイベント・ゴールドチケットのリレー購入運用ルール（案）』がまとまりましたのでお知らせします
最初に、シーズンイベント・ゴールドチケットをリレー式で購入実施は、運用ルールにもあります通り、参加する、しないは自由です。決して参加を促し、課金を強いるためではありません。このルール案は、ゴールドチケットの購入を希望する人同士がトラブルなく参加するために考えたものです
また、初期のルール案をご覧になった方もいらっしゃいますが、初期のものとは内容が大きく変わっています。こちらのルール案の内容を理解し、混乱がないようにお願いします
このルール案につきまして、疑問・質問を受け付けます
アンケート時と同様、シマさんかJuraにPMしてください。今回も個別に回答はせず、この掲示板にQ&Aの形でお答えします
実際に参加者を募るのは、シーズンの開始日が確定してからです
改めてご案内しますので、それまで各自よくお考えください
『シーズンイベント・ゴールドチケットのリレー購入運用ルール（案）』
シーズンイベントの次回開催からゴールドチケットのリレー購入を実施します
これは、ゴールドチケットの購入希望者で、内容を理解し、ルールを厳守できる人のみ参加してください。参加する、参加しないは自由ですので、各自で判断してください
1．メリット
① ゴールドチケットが、安く購入できる
② 購入時にプレゼントがもらえる
2．デメリット
① 最初に購入する人が正規料金＋プレゼント用の2つを購入することになり負担が大きくなる
【 これは、Shima2とJuraがリレーの最初とリレーの最後を交互に担うことで、他の参加者に負担はありません 】
② リレーが、どこまで進んでいるのか、いつ自分に回ってくるかが分かりにくい
③ チケットをプレゼントできる期限がある
④ トラブルの起きる可能性がゼロではない
3．実施方法
① 毎回の参加は、自由とする。毎開催ごとに参加者を募る
② 開催前に、ゴールドチケット購入リレーの実施について掲示板に告知する
参加希望者は、当日のログイン時間帯をまとめ役にPMする
参加者のログイン時間を基にリレーの順番を決定し、掲示板に告知する
③ イベント開始後、チケットを受け取った人は、リレーの順番で自分の次の人にチケットを贈る
チケットを贈ったら、ギルドチャットと贈った相手にその旨メッセージを送る ( チャットに書込みをする )
④ 新メンバーは、ギルドに入ってから1回目の開催を参加できないものとする
4．リレー方法
Shima2とJuraがリレーの最初とリレーの最後を交互に担います
① 初回の購入順 Shima2 ( 正規料金＋プレゼント分購入 ) ⇒Ｂ⇒Ｃ⇒Ｄ ・・・・・⇒ Jura ( 購入なし )
②２回目購入順 Jura ( 正規料金＋プレゼント分購入 ) ⇒Ｂ⇒Ｃ⇒Ｄ ・・・・・⇒ Shima2( 購入なし )
3回目以降は、①と②を交互に実施する
Ｂ⇒Ｃ⇒Ｄ は、参加者により変更になる
５．同意事項
参加希望者は、次の項目に同意してください
① ゴールドチケットを受け取った人は、次の人に必ずゴールドチケットを贈ることが、大前提となります
万が一にもこれが実行されなかった場合は、その段階でリレーを中止し、残った(リレーが回ってこなかった)人は自身の分を正規価格で購入することとします
この場合、次回以降のリレー購入は行いません
この判断は、２４時間以上リレーが行われなかったと確認できたときに行います
② 事前に参加希望を出したにもかかわらずリレーを行わなかった ( 次の人贈らなかった ) 人は、ギルドから強制脱退してもらいます
③ もし、リレーの順番を間違えて他の人にチケットを贈ってしまった場合、あるいは参加希望していない人に贈ってしまった場合は、その購入分は自己負担とします
ただし、リレーの順番を変更することで対応可能な場合は、考慮します
④ このリレー方法は、Shima2とJuraは２回に１回しか購入価格およびプレゼント受領の恩恵を受けられないが、他の参加者は毎回恩恵を受けられる方法で、
参加者全員が公平な仕組みではありません。また、Shima2とJuraだけがチケットの価格変更、リレー中止による損失のリスクを負い、他の参加者には損失のスクがありません。
これは、全員が納得できる仕組みが、どうやっても考えられないためこのような方法にしました
これによりShima2およびJuraは、開催の有無、リレーの中止、違反者の認定、違反者の処分などを含む一切の判断を行う権利を有するものとします
⑤ 実施要項等は、改善のため変更することがあります

We are pleased to announce that we have finalized the "Draft Operation Rules for Relay Purchase of Season Event Gold Tickets" based on the responses to the survey.
First, the implementation of the relayed purchase of season event gold tickets is, as stated in the operating rules, free to participate or not. It is never intended to encourage participation or force people to pay. This proposed rule is designed to ensure trouble-free participation among those who wish to purchase Gold Tickets.
Also, some of you have seen the initial proposed rules, and the content has changed significantly from the initial version. Please make sure you understand the proposed rules here and that there is no confusion.
We are open to questions and concerns about the proposed rule.
As with the survey, please PM Mr. Sima or Jura. Again, I will not answer them individually, but will post them in the form of a Q&A on this forum.
We will not actually invite participants until the start date of the season is fixed.
We will announce the date again, so please think carefully until then.
『Season Event Gold Ticket Relay Purchase Operation Rules (Draft)』
Relay purchase of Gold tickets will be implemented from the next event of the season
This is only for prospective Gold Ticket buyers who understand the content and can strictly abide by the rules. You are free to participate or not to participate, so please use your own judgment.
1．Advantages
① Gold tickets can be purchased at a discount.
② You get a gift with purchase.
2．demerit
① The first purchaser will be burdened with having to purchase the regular price plus two for gifts.
【 This is done by having Shima2 and Jura take turns being the first and the last of the relay, at no cost to the other participants.】
② Hard to know how far along the relay is and when it will be your turn.
③ There is a deadline by which tickets can be gifted.
④ It could get you in trouble.
3．implementation method
① Participation in each season is free. Participants are invited to join each season.
② Notify the Board of the Gold Ticket Purchase Relay prior to the event.
If you wish to participate, PM the person who put it together with the log-in times for the day.
Relay order is determined based on participants' log-in times and announced on the bulletin board.
③ After the event begins, the person receiving the ticket presents it to the person next to him or her in the relay order.
When you give a ticket, send a message to the guild chat and the person you gave the ticket to ( write in the chat )
④ New members shall not be allowed to participate in the first event after joining the guild.
4．Relay Method
Shima2 and Jura will alternate between the beginning and the end of the relay.
① First purchase order Shima2 ( Full price + purchase of gift ) ⇒Ｂ⇒Ｃ⇒Ｄ ・・・・・⇒ Jura( No purchase )
② Second Purchase Order Jura ( Full price + purchase of gift ) ⇒Ｂ⇒Ｃ⇒Ｄ ・・・・・⇒ Shima2( No purchase )
After the third session, alternate between ① and ②.

In the unlikely event that this is not done, the relay will be stopped at that stage, and those remaining (who were not relayed) will purchase their portion at the regular price.

② Those who did not participate in the relay (did not send the next person), even though they had requested to participate in advance, will be forcibly removed from the guild.
③ If you have given tickets to someone else in the wrong relay order, or to someone who has not requested to participate, you will be responsible for the purchase of those tickets.
(However, if it is possible to accommodate this by changing the order of the relay, we will consider it.
④ This relay method is not a fair mechanism for all participants, as Shima2 and Jura will only benefit from the purchase price and gift receipt once every two times, while the other participants will benefit each time.Also, only Shima2 and Jura bear the risk of loss due to ticket price changes or relay cancellations, while the other participants have no risk of loss. This was done this way because we could not think of any way to come up with a mechanism that would be acceptable to all of us.
Shima2 and Jura reserve the right to make any and all decisions, including whether or not to hold the relay, to cancel the relay, to certify violators, and to take disciplinary action against violators.
