I would like to thank all of you who supported me with your votes in the House of Councillors proportional election and all those who cooperated with me.
Although the results were not as good as I could have hoped for, I would like to thank you all for giving me this opportunity by endorsing me.A pledge is a promise to the people that a politician must naturally fulfill.
When we were born as a national political party, we promised the people in elections that we would keep our promises to the people, and we have done so.
However, there is no end to the cowardly acts and lies being perpetrated by politicians today. The reality is that many political parties and politicians are incapable of doing what they are supposed to do, which is to fulfill their promises.
Politicians today, with the single-minded desire to win votes, are so eager to hide their lies and inconvenient stories that they think they can easily fool the public by just putting up a bunch of pretty words.
The same is true of the media and entertainment industries, which are in cahoots with politicians, and they do not release any information that is inconvenient.
However, what the people really want nowadays is true information about evil rather than false righteousness. I believe that politicians with integrity, who do not hide the good and the bad, and who can face the people as they are, are what Japan needs the most.
I would like to ask for the support of all citizens who agree and sympathize with me.
